Hi all,
I recently received a confirmation email for a CVW on January 23-25th. When filling out the google form I requested February 20-22nd as my first choice and January 23-25th as my second choice. The email counseled me to email my Regional Director or Admissions Counselor if I needed to reschedule. I have a big audition coming up on the 25th that I cannot reschedule so I need to reschedule my CVW. I have emailed my Area Coordinator. I cannot find the email of either my Admissions Counselor or Regional Director. Any help is greatly appreciated as this is a time-sensitive matter. Thank you!

My son is also scheduled to attend that weekend. In the confirmation email you received there is a link you can click that will lead you to an overview of the weekend. At the bottom of that webpage you'll see a contact form to use specifically for questions and issues about the CVW. I suspect that is the simplest approach. The page also says to call 410-293-1858 if you have an urgent matter to address. Good luck

I send you a PM Please send me the state you live in and I will send you the contact information for the Admissions Counselor
.

Your BGO can tell you who the Admissions Counselor or Regional Directors is.
(I don't know what information you see on your Candidate portal , but would have expected that it is there as well).

I am not sure if I have access to my Candidate Portal yet.

Call (410) 293-1000.

If the operator that answers can’t help you, she will transfer you to the one that can.

These people are amazing.

Sometimes you have to call a few times to get in.
