I have seen posts mentioning CVW so I looked it up on the academy website. It says by invitation only. Can this be requested? If so, how?

Once you start applying, you could ask your BGO. But like it said, it's by invitation. I was invited as a junior so I had no idea how they got my information or anything.

Did you apply for NASS? Apply for information and fill out anything? That is usually how they get the info for junior CVWs.

But you attend STEM once and applied 1 or 2 other times so you were under the radar already.

Yeap. STEM is another way they get data. Info cards either electronic or mail in is another way.
