DS was excited to receive invite today for CVW. Unfortunately, the two weekends are right in the middle of his high school football season. Do they do these weekends routinely throughout the year? Should he reach out directly to his admissions counselor to try and come on another visit? Thanks.

My son has the same situation. He emailed his Admissions Counselor regarding getting a later date. The Admissions Counselor replied that he just needed to open the invitation link that was sent to him and select "Not available either date, but interested in attending a later date, if possible" and explain why.
