Hey everyone, I'm a junior in cali who is stuck at home with online schooling due to quarantine and whatnot. I am adapting to my new schedule that I had over summer which was waking up at 4 am and working out and sleeping at 9 pm. When im up at 4, I normally spend about 1.5~2 hours lifting weights, and another hour running. I then spend the rest of the day studying until 5. From 5-6 I was debating whether I should use this time to do another workout such as another run, or to add it onto my study time as since I'm a junior there is a lot of things for me to do academically on top of school such as SAT. What do you guys think I should do in that one hour time frame? Do another hour workout or add it to time for studying?

easy to max out pt score and get swole and theres a limit to your sat/act/gpa as well. but theres no limit to service.

this is what i sent out to all the juniors i know who are rotc/academy bound:

just a helpful tip. applying to rotc and especially the service academies, times like these arent times for you to [frick] off and think its okay to slack. actively look for opportunities where you can test and prove your leadership abilities and community service. volunteering is a great way to do that. THEN, in your interviews and resumes you can show and say "i was the kid who got off their ass and did something. i didnt let this covid 19 [stuff] hold me down." dont think that think this is a vacation. if youre really bout that academy or rotc life then youre working till the last second.

good luck and be safe

An hour is not a lot of time but look to fit stuff in.
