It means that the applicant's "case*" (who did not meet medcial accession standards) was electronically posted to a secure website for the waiver authority to review the case independently. They can render one of three decisions: waiver granted; waiver denied; or BEFORE they render their waiver decision, they can request additional medical tests; medical consults; and/or additional information (e.g. - questionnaires, medical records; statements).
