Anyone in the guard/reserves that is required to upload a DD form 368 - Request for Conditional Release ?
Have you noticed the link/page to upload the doc is NOT working? And is there a work-around for this?
I was told to just bring it with, though I don't have the upload or download link. I got mine from the base recruiting office as I am Air National Guard. Talk to personnel or your commander.
