DD needs to retest eyesight after passing DODMERB

My DD passed theDODMERB this past summer. She’s now complaining of blurred vision looking at the white board at school, and the words at the bottom of TV news, for example.

We plan on getting her eyes checked soon.

Are we required to submit these new results to DODMERB, and if so what is the process?
 
IF there is an actual change in her medical condition she reports it.
Wait until there is a firm diagnosis to report. Ex. new eyeglass prescription, etc.
The best way to do that is she contacts her DoDMERB technican.
The tech will tell her what if anything she needs to do.
Do not send anything they have not asked for.
