Deductions from Cadet Pay

Can anyone explain NAF/XCHNGE DEBT deduction on Cadet Pay Statement? Assuming it is likely monthly payback amount for the advance pay cadets receive for computers, etc. Uniforms and personal items such as laundry and barber appear to be covered under other headings.

USNA calls it the ACE Loan program. All Mids are provided a 0% interest loan to purchase uniforms, computers, and the remaining issue items including textbooks. That loan is paid by be monthly deductions and usually fully repaid by end of the junior year. If you search USNA.edu and search 'Budget Book' it provides details of the monthly deductions prior to the Net pay. (USAFA probably has a similar document, I am just too lazy to search for it)

Seems you have to log into Facebook to download it. I thought I was able to open it last week as well, but not now.
