Dental Disqualification

I have yet to take my dodmerb, i just got the letter telling me to schedule the appointment. I recently had some jaw discomfort and i called my doctor. she said that i should have it checked out by my dentist.. but based on what i described, she said it could possibly be TMJ. AGAIN, NOTHING IS CONFIRMED, THERE IS A SMALL POSSIBILITY I HAVE TMJ.
Will this disqualify me with no chance of a waiver on the medical exam?
It says "history of TMJ" but my "supposed symptoms" only started a month ago.
