Dental information in the portal

My son submitted the required dental information and x-rays into the portal at the end of Feb. and it is still red in the portal. When he submitted, he did get an email saying it had been received. He tried emailing back to inquire about the portal being red, but no response. Anyone else have this issue?

Did he accept his appointment recently ? DS also emailed his dental form along with X-rays via email long time ago but he accepted his appointment recently and it was red for awhile then it has turned green.

No - he accepted a long time ago, in the beginning of Dec.
 
Yes he did get an email back saying it was received.
I recalled that DS did send an email again to remind that he had accepted his appointment and would like to have his portal updated. Maybe your DS should send another email telling them his portal needs updated.
