DENTAL QUESTION

I just wanted to verify that my train of thought on the dental process is correct! So I will print the paper provided in my portal and take it to the dentist. They'll fill it out and give me copies of the x-rays or email them to me and I will then upload that to my portal? I called the number provided on the portal page and did not get a helpful response because I could not understand her and she was not sure of the answer either. Thanks!

Here is what I did and got the green check marks:
  • I brought the forms to my dentist I needed filled out by him
  • I got the bitewings/panorex
  • Once home I edited the pdfs to include my SSN in the upper right hand corner of the Bitewings/panorex (VERY IMPORTANT;MUST BE ON ALL OF THEM OR THEY WILL REJECT)
Got green checks about 5 days later. I hope this helps!

I read somewhere that you need to have your SSN on the upper right of the X-rays. People advised that you can edit the jpeg to type it on yourself before you upload the X-rays to your portal.

You can hand write or type your SSN on the panorex and bite wings. The guidance also says the panorex should be one file and the bite wings should be a separate file with all four bite wings included.

Did you combine all the bitewings into one file or did you submit each one individually?

Does somewhat crooked-teeth, disqualify you in attending an SA? Is there a waiver process to that, or do they not really care?

I believe as long as you don't need an operation within the next 3 months or something along those lines (I don't think all operations are included as I know some people who are getting wisdom teeth pulled)
