Did the Medical Exams Almost Two Months Ago but Still Nothing in My Portals

I got both of my medical exams done in early December and both doctors said I passed just fine. However, almost two months later, both my USAFA and USNA portals say that my DoDMERB exam has not been received. Also, my DoDMETS portal says complete. Does this always take a long time or is there something else I should do. Thanks in advance.

Same boat for USNA for my son. But in speaking with admissions there, Medical will show an X, until medical is approved by them, including the waiver decision. My son is waiting on waiver results, so they said it will show the X until he get's clearance there.

Not sure of your situation, but thought this might help.

So it's not just DoDMERB sending it over. Have no insights into Air Force.

The same situation for me, and I have an LOA so I need to have everything done by a certain date. I'm worried they won't get to approve my exam in time. My portal also says complete.

Same for me, got the letter from DoDMERB last month about me being medically qualified for USNA, yet 3 emails with admissions later, they assure me it just takes time for them to process. Which is weird bc both USAFA and USMA portals were updated within 2 days of my notification by DoDMERB.

update, the portal updated and fixed this today!!

My status for USAFA on the DoDMERB portal changed from "Under DoDMERB Review" to "Awaiting Receipt of Remedial". Does anyone know what this means?
