Direct Deposit Authorization still Red

I attached all of the forms requested underneath the Forms for Applicants offered Admission for my Direct Deposit Authorization and it still remains red. I have emailed and called but still received no response regarding what is wrong with it. Any help?

Mine is still red as well and when calling the phone number, it was very distorted and grainy, but I was told that their system was down and to bring that form on R Day. And no response via email. I resubmitted the form today actually just in case. Not sure what else we can do. As long as you have submitted/resubmitted with accurate information and tried to reach out, I wouldn't stress it too much.

My son's direct deposit form has been red for nearly two months. It has been submitted twice also. His admissions rep told him to just bring copies of any documents that remain red on the portal on R-Day, along with the documents they are required to bring with them.
