Disqualification due to headache

My son just received a disqualification letter from Dodmerb, due to unexplained headaches into the US Coast Guard Academy. looking for help: he experiences 1-2 migraines per year which are treated with imitrex/advil. Do you suspect that he would be given a waiver or is this an automatic never look back DQ?
