So… just received my disqualification, and though I’m prepared to go through the waiver process, it is not for what I thought it would be. I reported some back pain on my questionnaire (and specified that it was just knots and tension, I reported it because I did see a sports medicine masseuse) and now I’m being disqualified for spinal issues? Is there any way to remedy the questionnaire? I would not have answered it this way if it specified that it was asking about joints and spinal issues.

Soooo, because you've already emailed me directly and I in fact talked to you on the phone...and I AM the DoDMERB authority...I'll assume that you're asking other members of the Forums to answer your questions.

So I will politely defer to them :wiggle:

You’ve been fortunate enough to get expert advice from an official source. Put in the work to comply with any additional information requested and press on. There is no magic wand or eraser for the questionnaire. If there is truly no issue with your back, then the process will work itself out and you’ll emerge on the other side.
