DISQUALIFICATION LETTER WITH ALL GREEN CHECK MARKS?

It is likely the CFA. The status only shows that CFA scores and videos were submitted. If the scores are not passing or the videos are not up to standard, a candidate will be disqualified. If a CFA was submitted late (January timeframe), then the candidate only receives one chance to get it right and most that wait that long unfortunately do not.

This is almost same situation with my daughter. she got a nomination on 1/29/2021 from congressman and she also got rejected from west point on the same day. It will take a life time to accept their decision...

Be sure to complete the DoBMERB/physical process anyway. Sometimes these letters are sent in error, and if he reapplies, his DoDMERB is still good for 2 years.

How could they sent them by mistake?

This was a big problem last year. Many letters were sent in error saying that the file had been closed. The only way to be sure is to email the RC. If it is a legitimate letter, be sure to ask what areas to focus on for next year. Reapplicants are a substantial % of appointments each year, so maybe this is just a detour (albeit a painful one for sure). Good luck!!

His file still open.

So, his file is still open...Did he get feedback from his regional admissions person?

No feedback, he emailed admission, his RC, and another Admision person that emailed him earlier in the process. Just trying to get feedback but nothing yet

I
Just checked and it says that he passed his CFA, now sports he didn’t play any. But his CFA was really good.
Sports are a must(very rare to not have played a team sport) and get an offer. That is what I was provided, a Varsity Letter doesn't set you apart, team captain does, but a letter is pretty much needed
