So I applied for AROTC and have gotten accepted. I was originally disqualified by DoDMERB for a Myopia of greater than -8.00, (turns out my Myopia is exactly -8.00), and I applied for a waiver from the Army and the waiver was granted. Now, however, I get something else from DoDMERB telling me I need to do an additional medical remedial for the same thing, plus some other things like scarring and hemmoraging of the eye. This really confused me, if I have a waiver already can they DQ me again? How seriously should I consider getting disqualified again? Also (I know this isn't the forum for this, but if someone knows I would appretiate an answer), if I send in my final ROTC college choice and then I don't get into that college (since admission decisions aren't made for a while), is it relatively easy to change colleges or is it possible that they wouldn't let me and I would lose the scholarship?
