Do you love your ROTC program?

You mentioned Norwich. We were VERY impressed when we visited a year ago. If you haven't visited, i highly suggest. We git to speak with the AFROTC detachment DS was interested in directly following an excellent tour.
You may, or may not know, that Norwich will "match" Federal ROTC scholarships with campus ROTC money, making cost of attending close to free. (Plus Stipend).
As one of the 6 major military universities, your son would be a member of their corps of cadets.
Norwich does have civilian students as well.
Engineering school there is well regarded.

My DS is at University of San Diego and loves SDSU Aztec Battalion. HE is really happy with his school choice. I believe his cadre is changing this year so we will see how that change effects things. I think a large part is he loves the school and beach town life. A good example of chose the schools that fits.

Any struggles with getting over to SDSU? How often does he commute and does he have a car vs Uber?

He doesn’t have a car. They do PT and classes on USD for USD cadets. I would ask cadre if they have PT and classes at UCSD or if they travel. They all do lab together and he hasn’t had travel issues.

My son did say UCSD comes to USD for PT not SDSU
