Can you provide any additional information on DoDMERB’s computer system failure.

Will this delay applicants ability to schedule their medical evaluation ?

9/27/2022 - We apologize for the inconvenience, DoDMERB’s computer systems are currently offline. We are vigorously working the issue, but do not yet have an estimated recovery date. Please continue to check the website for updates.

Applicants – any documents submitted after 21 September have not been processed. Once we are operational again, we will process them in the order they were received.
ROTC Dets – applicants submitted for exam authorization will be approved once we’re operational. If there are extenuating circumstances requiring immediate approval, please email our helpdesk at: dha.ncr.dod-merb.mbx.helpdesk@health.mil​
