DoDMERB Active Medical Codes and DoDMETS Appointment

Good Afternoon,

I posted a while ago regarding the process of getting a waiver and fulfilling the medical codes on DoDMERB. At the moment I am unsure if whether I have hit a roadblock or if just need to wait longer. On 27AUG2020 I received a correspondence requesting that I attain a psychiatric diagnostic interview per the required AMI. I fulfilled this through the medical provider listed on DoDMETS. I then received the same remedial code in two correspondences, one on 04NOV2020 and the other on 06NOV2020. My initial thought was that I was supposed to attain another psychiatric diagnostic interview however there was no provider for me to schedule one with on DoDMETS. On DoDMETS the psychiatric diagnostic interview was and still is marked as "Item Complete". I waited for about a month with no update to which I then began trying to contact DoDMERB. I left a two voice messages explaining my situation 4 weeks ago and spoke to one representative about 2 weeks ago doing the same, both of which unfortunately have not been followed up on. I understand that this process takes time and that there are many other people in the situation I am in. Has anyone with a similar experience and has any idea on what I should do? I am just afraid of being stuck in limbo and unable to contract to my AROTC program next year.

Have you received the email? I did not receive an out of office reply when I sent it through my personal email. I resent it through my school email and also did not receive one.
 
I did not. I always have it on. I've received 178 emails today from around the world:wiggle:
 
DD has conditional appointment. DQ’d for 2 conditions, waiver request automatically generated by service academy. If granted, is a waiver required for each DQ’d condition or will the waiver authority grant one waiver that deems her qualified and covers both DQ’d conditions?
 
Just the opposite. If a waiver for one is denied...the waiver is denied. If the waiver for both are granted...the waiver is granted :wiggle:
