If I'm fairly sure I will receive a DQ from DODMERB (childhood asthma after 13), should I go ahead and send unsolicited information such as PFT and tests stating no asthma and unlikely ever had asthma from my Pulmonologist? Or should I wait for requested information? Also, the examining physician from DODMETS indicated on his report asymptomatic for asthma - does that help?

"Asymptomatic" from your DoD doctor on your physical should be a ton of help.
With DoDMERB, it's always best to wait for them to issue the question in the form of a remedial.
If they do request something, it may be easily answerable with an EMail (rather than a form sent via U.S. mail).

They may never request anything, so don't get your cart in front of the horse.

Agree 100% with @THParent.

It is not a problem until DoDMERB sends you a remedial.

However, there is nothing wrong with having it ready in your back pocket, ready to email once the remedial is received.
