A few months ago I was issued an LOA to West Point Prep school shortly after an overnight visit. I was thrilled, I was ecstatic, yet it just may have disappeared from my grasp.
My AO reached out to me to inform me that my waiver request was denied.
So I had two questions...
Is this just for West Point? Or am I barred from ROTC/Military in general?
Secondly, I won't go into details but it was something where I was told I had to be "symptom free" for two years. Does that mean that I could apply within the next year or two and not get disqualified?
I'm just wondering if it's really the end of the line for now. Is there really nothing I can do? No person to talk to? No cards to play? Is it really over just like that?
