DoDMERB Applicant email-error

My DS keeps getting this email daily:


It is imperative to receive a response immediately, so please email ########@civteam.com or fax all corrections to xxx-xxx-xxxx

We have found the following errors with your exams. Please review the errors listed below and update us with the appropriate results. If we do not receive a response correcting these items, processing of your exam will be delayed.

He contacted the CIV team via phone, and was told it was a computer generated email, and had nothing further to do.
Case status shows Complete and on Hold. Date of Exams were December 1, 2020.

My question is : Should he (we, as he is 17) provide anything more on his end?

I'm having a similar problem. I called CIVTeam on Monday and they told me my application was "incomplete" due to a missing signature on my optometrist exam. I called my optometrist's office that same day and they said they would sign it. When can I expect my status to update? It still reads incomplete as of right now. Thank you!
