DodMERB (Awaiting Receipt of Initial Medical Exam)

Good morning,

I am just curious of what this really means (Awaiting Receipt of Initial Medical Exam) and should I be worried, Dodmet says "completed". I am just wondering if I am on the right track or if there are any problems with what is being said on the DodMERB website.

Typically it takes around 2-4 weeks I believe for dodmets info to transfer into dodmerb. In my case it took about a month and a half! Just hang in there! It will transfer over!

DoDMETS needs to review your paperwork to ensure it is complete, and then they will send it over to DoDMERB. Good news is your exam paperwork was sent from the practitioners to DoDMETS, so first step is complete. Once DoDMETS deems everything complete, your status will read "Closed" and then you will have to wait for DoDMERB review to find out if there are any issues.
