My DS was approved for an ARMY ROTC waiver a couple of months ago. He also applied for an NROTC scholarship, but needed some AMI submitted for the waiver. We just submitted the information to DODMERB and now the ARMY ROTC waiver is back to pending as opposed to approved. Trying not to panic here as we thought we had the army waiver in hand and approved. Anyone have any guidance here? If NROTC doesn't approve him, would that impact the AROTC at all? I didn't think so, but I can't explain the rationale behind the change. Thanks!
