Glad the new DoDMERB “DateBase” dating app is not impacted.

My sympathies, though, on frustration with the operational heartbeat system it no doubt is.

It's good to see that the Navy's Flank Speed initiative is now in a competitive race with DoDMERB Date/Database for the "race to the bottom" competition

At least it happened well before the scholarship season launches in full force and you get to answer all of those wonderful questions about waivers.
