When should DD be contacted for DODMERB? That is the only thing outstanding for her. Is it only after she has received an offer of appointment??
 
My kid was contacted by email a week after she completed all the requirements in the online portal. Once 100% of the application you can submit has been submitted it should trigger an email from DODMETS. Check your spam folders just in case.
In our case the email came from info@concorde2000.com and the subject line was DODMETS.

If you have lost the email and if she finished her application a while ago she can try logging in and see if she has an account in the system using her SSN and last name
This is the instructions we got in the email.

. Step 1: Go to https://dodmets.com

. Step 2: Click "Applicant Login" on the right-hand side of the page

. Step 3: Enter your username: your full social security number with dashes

. Step 4: Enter your initial password: your last name

. Step 5: Please READ and CONFIRM the instructions page.

. Step 6: Follow the steps listed on the website.
