DODMERB Disqualifications

Hello, I had a question the DODMERB waiver process. Two years ago I was accepted to the USAFA, but was rejected by the DODMERB because I have OCD. I decided not to go to the Academy and therefore never filled out a waiver. I am now trying to become a part of Army ROTC and I assume that I will once again be rejected by the DODMERB. I was wondering if it is likely that I will get a waiver even though I have OCD. I hopefully want to figure this all out before I go through the process again if I know there is no chance in getting a waiver.
