My daughter is applying to the academy and has OS in middle school with no issues since. We just got a letter DQing her for OS in the last year...the code they gave was OS in the last year. This is not correct information. What should we do? Do they DQ for simply having that EVER? Thanks for any information.

Yes, I had already looked up the code. It was for Symptomatic osteochondritis of the tibial tuberosity (Osgood-Schlatter Disease) (732.4) within the past year. She was diagnosed in middle school and had not been back to the doctor since...over 4 years ago.

Its very difficult to give medical advice here on the forum and I understand your frustration. I would direct your issues to your RC for correct advice.

A waiver for Osgood-Schlatter should not be a problem.
