My daughter is applying to the academy and has OS in middle school with no issues since. We just got a letter DQing her for OS in the last year...the code they gave was OS in the last year. This is not correct information. What should we do? Do they DQ for simply having that EVER? Thanks for any information.

Yes, I had already looked up the code. It was for Symptomatic osteochondritis of the tibial tuberosity (Osgood-Schlatter Disease) (732.4) within the past year. She was diagnosed in middle school and had not been back to the doctor since...over 4 years ago.

Your DD should contact DoDMERB. Contact info is in the link above. Or they maybe doing this to have the service review the file and grant a waiver.
