My son was awarded a 4-year ROTC scholarship and he completed the eye and medical exam in mid-March. My son recently checked DoDMERB the latest update so far says "Complete and on-hold" then it says, "Our CIV case managers have identified some errors in your examination records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers. No additional action is required on your behalf." What could this mean? Being a prior military family, we're somewhat used to hurry up and wait but the wait for this is nerve racking. Has anyone gone through this or something similar? Is there really nothing to do except wait?

Hi! My son has also received this same message. He had his physical mid march and then had to go back again for his weight and height mid April.

Hi Mr. Mullin,
I have received the same message.

Complete & on hold

Our CIV Team case managers have identified some errors in your examination records. We are working to resolve these issues with your Providers.

Is this a usual step in the process?

It happens. You don't need to do anything. It's an issue with the examiner (e.g. provider didn't sign the exam) :wiggle:

Mr. Mullen

Just received a message from my son. He said he emailed you, and you replied "pretty fast". Appreciate you taking time from your day to help.
