DoDMERB Five Days?

I have already posted this in the DoDMERB section, but since that section is close to a ghost town most days, I thought I'd post it here as well.

I recently received a MO NROTC scholarship, but I just received the DoDMERB letter. On the website, under personal information, it says "Approved: 1/16" but I only received the letter on the 18th. I am supposed to call within five days from the receipt of this packet, but does this mean from 1/16, or the 18th? The offices I am supposed to call have been closed for the weekend and today is a federal holiday, so I am trying to figure out the time frame of my call.

Call when you can and ... word to wise: relax.

You might as well get used to hurrying up to wait now.
