Hello All,

I'm starting to get extremely concerned with my case on DoDMERB. I had my last appointment in August and it has been over a month and no results have been posted. The Doctor had missed something on my form and they had resubmitted it on September 5th, meaning everything had been completed. I have been contacting and emailing them these last couple of days and have not heard back. They also put down a different service academy instead of AF...

Any thoughts on what I should do next? I don't want USAFA to think I am pushing back on my exam when I got the DoDMERB appointments in early August..

All the “client” pre-comm programs, such as SAs and ROTC, can see all reports, data and decisions any time they want to, so don’t worry about that - no matter who initiated the initial medical exam process.

Are you looking at USAFA portal or DoDMERB for results?

I am like at DoDMETs for my results, I am thinking of calling them tomorrow. It's says my case has been closed(?)

That means DoDMETS, as the civilian govt contractor for DoDMERB and which interfaces with candidates and providers, has gathered the required data and forwarded it to DoDMERB. DoDMERB is the govt agency which determines if a candidate meets/does not meet the military medical accession standard (Q/DQ). DoDMERB. Serves as the info clearinghouse for the pre-comm programs it serves.

DoDMERB does not make waiver decisions. The waiver authority for each pre-comm program is somewhere else.

If you have not done this yet, go to the DoDMERB home page, and work your way through everything in the left-side menu and the home page itself, including Contacts, every topic, link, page, etc. No login is required to do this research. The process and workflow are explained.

You will eventually find your DoERB login is not the same as your DoDMETS.

Oh I remember the stresses of last year when the DoDMERB website was shut down for months. DoDMERB is hit or miss on the speed at which they process, but I will tell you they will have everything processed in time.

Update: I did some pushing and was able to receive my status today. I am medically qualified! I think they had some issues on there side.

Also, just making sure, do my results automatically get transferred to my academy application? And how long does that process take?
