I've been awarded a scholarship but never received any information on how to schedule a DoDMERB. I've contacted my detachment and several individuals and no one has been able to give me an answer. What should I do?

send me an email: Lawrence.e.mullen.civ@mail.mil; provided complete name and last 4; provide the Service (AROTC, NROTC, AFROTC) and University. Was it a National scholarship or campus based; when were you awarded it?; send me the award letter as a .pdf attachment.
