When an applicant who is doing a DoDMERB medical history online types in the DD 2492 and then gets to the end of the computer questions, they will see at the very end is an "e-signature."

When the form is printed out, the box where the applicant would sign says it is electronically signed. This may be a dumb question, but does the DD Form 2492 (medical history form) then have to have a pen-and-ink signature, too, in order to be valid?

Thanks.

I don't believe so. I did everything online and just printed it out and gave it to the doctor when I went for testing.
