DoDMERB not responsive

I need to make a new username and password because I have since forgotten it. I keep emailing DoDMERB, but they say they do not see I have an account and keep telling me to make a new account. It is impossible for me to not have an account, since I have qualified for USNA twice and I am receiving emails from them saying my status has changed.
Is there a direct number I can reach them at? I do not need to speak with a medical examiner.
DoDMERB does not reply to emails in a timely manner whatsoever.

Your username is the email that you are receiving mail from them at. I think once you put that in you can have password reset from DodMERB site.
