DS has tried to fix this on numerous levels, has sent emails, talked to admissions but has not been able to find a fix to the issue. USNA reached out again today and asked if DS had completed his DODMERB. DS responded with the paperwork completed in October. USNA replied that DODMERB may have his SSN incorrect however when looking at the DODMERB site the ssn is accurate. It's after 5 and I am sure DODMERB is out for a well deserved break and weekend. Best course of action? Anyone ever had this happen, where they completed it for one SA but it is not showing for another? TIA
