DoDMERB Physical submitted?

When I went my scheduled DoDMERB physical they told me that the Dr who was supposed to administer my exam wasn't in the office, so after some confusion we got the hearing, chair measuring, and height/weight done at that office. Then we had to travel to a different location the next day to get the rest of it done. I didn't change the appointment time/day in my DODMETS portal, is that going to have any affect on when it's submitted, or how will I know that the physicals been received since the portal status hasn't changed since my eye exam a couple weeks prior.
