Who did you talk to? I have tried talking to them and emailing. I keep getting the same answer—-nothing they can do and just wait

Congrats. DS still waiting for his to clear. Medical exam was on 10/29, optometrist on 11/1. Emailed DODmerb last week, they replied they are working on it. How long did it take you to clear?
 
It was done Oct 4, but the doctor missed 3 questions, had to go back and forth with clinic, it was completed first week Nov. Emailed and called them. I knew I was cleared 2 weeks ago before it posted.

There is a number you can call depending on your last name (alphabetical). I just googled the phone number. Sorry I did not keep the number.
 
I'm sorry if this has been asked/addressed before, but do you receive any correspondence from DoDMERB? My son's USMA Portal status says Qualified but he hasn't received any emails or a letter. He has also applied to other SAs - should he notify them that he qualified or does the info get shared among the SAs? Thanks in advance! :)
 
I did not get any notification from DoDMERB except when I called, if it’s posted in his portal that means DODMERB submitted it to the SA.

Or? Don’t and let them work through their stuff. Every call they take most likely takes them away from something else. And if you have had your question addressed? Be patient. It takes time. Your medical doesn’t have to be checked to move through the process.

This is peak busy time and they are IT having challenges. Unless you have a pressing issues (and it sounded like you don’t), might I respectfully suggest that they be left to work through their piles (literally) of stuff.

Hang in there, be patient, you have time.

DODMERB finally cleared yesterday on (12/21). He is now fully cleared with a nomination.

Your student triggers the process.
 
Any December updates? Physical and eye tests done -- and uploaded per contracted providers. Two weeks a norm? Am I kidding myself?

The SAs all have access to DoDMERB results for applicants in their system. No action required by your candidate.
