Hey all, really have no interests with service academies but I’m very interested in the DoDMERB process and this is the place google led me to, how exactly can DoDMERB obtain medical records without violating HIPPA laws? Do service academies make their students sign waivers to access their medical records? Just curious because it looks like if there is an injury that doesn’t have an impact on the student, they would never find out and would defeat the whole purpose of the screening. This is all so interesting to me, service academies admissions are insane!
