I have a LOA to USNA and a congressional nomination so now I am just waiting for my medical to get back. I had my medical exam 11/16/18. On 12/17/18, I received a remedial note for a stress fracture in my leg over a year ago. I submitted my remedial actions on 12/17/18. I didn't need surgery of any sort for the stress fracture. It healed on its own and I have never had pain since. DoDMERB asked for a statement from my physician saying that I can return to full, unrestricted activity (which my physician supplied), and they asked for copies of my last two orthopedic follow-up notes and imaging (x-rays). Is there any chance I get a DQ or am I in the clear?

If it's fully healed and isn't something that happens often, probably not, but I am not a doctor. You just submitted them yesterday so nothing you can really do except wait.

My DD was in the same boat with LOA and nom. It took 2 weeks to get the AMI portion to be approved through DODMERB . My DD did not have a stress fracture and her issue was considered disqualifying. Now we are waiting on a waiver. Hope that timeline info helps. Good Luck!!
