hello,
this morning I checked my portal and saw my dodmerb status was updated and the instructions read that i should login to dodmets.com to schedule my appointment. after entering my ssn for the username and last name for the password as instructed im told my login is failing, i made sure to type my ssn with dashes and tried entering my last name with the first letter capitalized, all caps, and all lowercase and it doesnt work. Do i just have to wait longer for my data to be put into the dodmerb system or should i contact someone to fix this issue?
