The 259.01 is stating that the applicant has a DQ but that the waiver board is requesting AMI.
222.24 is what is actually needed which is an appointment to have a bilateral hip x-ray done....there are more specifics to the code as well, but that is the basics. You can go to main page of DODMERB site and on the left side click "Medical Codes" and then click on "Remedial Codes" and it gives the explanation for each.
