DoDMERB remedial help

Heard back from DoDMERB today. My status is waiting on remedials. It also says I’m pending disqualification for uncorrected ACL injury. Does uncorrected mean not surgically corrected or not 100% resolved?

Next there are some remedials I’m supposed to submit. I need to get a 24 hour Holter monitor study (I was nervous and had to exert myself before my physical so I had a high heart rate at the start of the exam). I then have to get a kyphosis/scoliosis study (don’t have either as confirmed by the medical exam but kyphosis was in my records for complicated reasons so I reported it). Then I have to get another kyphosis study analyzing the results of the first study.

So am I expected to get these studies by seeking out doctors on my own? What is that process like?

Also I am very likely going to be unable to go to USAFA this year due to the ACL injury. See my post history to learn more about that I guess. So if I give up on this year and don’t complete the remedials soon will that affect any future reapplication to USAFA?

Finally for a pretty pointless question: Are remedial requests usually about the least important items? I have zero remedial requests for a recent significant injury and surgery but one for a fast heart rate that’s documented as being much lower 10 minutes later and two requests for a 100% resolved issue that was noted as such in the exam. It just seems a little weird to me.

And yes I will be informing USAFA about by new DoDMERB status. I’m asking here though because previously USAFA has told me that they can answer zero questions about medical stuff.
