Dodmerb site not working? Or not secure?

I've been trying to log in to the DoDMERB website (dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil) for more than a week now to access my results. It says the site isn't secure and won't let me get past the warning.
Is anyone else having issues with the website?
If not, does anyone know a number or email I could contact to get help from dodmerb to access my results?

anytime you go on military websites, you get the same type of message. Or at least I do. Someone onces explained it. Something like how most civilians websites carry some sort of certificate that says "hey we are cool" and the military ones dont which casues the weird security error. It could be the other way around but dont worry about unless you cant access it at all

do u still need help? everyone has the same issue and i emailed dodmerb and they said to click "details" or "advanced" on the error page. then click continue to site anyways
