DoDMERB taking unusually long

My DoDMERB was sent to be reviewed by a Concorde Case manager on January 16th but it still says under review. I haven’t gotten Q, DQ, or Remedial... what might be taking so long and what can I do?

Call Concorde and they’ll be able to you tell what the hold up is
