DoDMERB Time to process- fear of losing appointment

My name was just recently sent to DoDMERB on May 19th, giving me not a lot of time to complete the physicals and for everything to be processed. My eye exam is on the May 27th and physical is on June 2nd. Will this be enough time for my conditional appointment to turn into an official appointment?
