DODMERB website down?

I have been trying to access this website and it's not possible. I have tried different phones with numerous browsers and also in a Mac computer with Safari, Chrome and Firefox and it states that This site can't be reached (Chrome) or that the server is down (Safari) or connection timed out (Firefox)...the site takes too long to respond. Anyone else experiencing this?
 
The site works for me and had no trouble logging in.

Are you typing in the URL/clicking from somewhere where it is saved or using a link from Google? Sometimes that makes a difference.
 
Update, the website appears to only work on Safari on my Mac and just on occasions it would work on my Android phone but it is very rare.
