Dodmets and USMA are saying different things

Whenever I go to check my medical status on the USMA application, it says that I am medically qualified, but whenever I check my status through Dodmets, it says my case is incomplete-closed. I am wondering, do I need to worry about this discrepancy?

Any help would be appreciated.
