I have completed all of my AMI's through my own private contractor for WP waiver authority, but on my DoDMETS site it still says my appointments are incomplete, even though right next to all of my remedials, it states I have chosen to use my own private contractor. I have already sent all my information to DoDMERB, I'm just wondering if what is on DoDMETS website will affect me in any way in regards to the waiver process.

The way you report it above, NO.
Because DoDMETS would not know what or what not was completed privately, they posted the accurate information.
