DoDMETS portal incorrect?

I'm a reapplicant this year. I went through the waiver process two years ago and was denied. I completed all the medical needs but whenever I log into DoDMETS, it show a completely different screen now. It's saying that I completed all my appointments and my case was closed.. I think it might be confused with the last time I applied. I was told it resets every two years, is there a way to fix this?

Did you get an email to log into DODMERB if you completed your exams? There are 2 websites.
